“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own; but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you” John 15:19.

I’ve heard someone say: “The Child of God has three great enemies, the external, the internal, and the infernal.” He was referring of course, to the world, the flesh and the devil. They are all three very real enemies, and we only have to look about us today to see how the Children of God are being affected and defeated by them.

When we read of the exploits and achievements of the faithful saints of God in the eleventh chapter of Hebrews, we find it is recorded by God concerning them, “Of whom the world was not worthy” Hebrews 11:38. The world needs the servants and faithful witnesses of God, but is not worthy of them.

The Children of God when it comes to conduct, hope, and habit, should he altogether different from the people of this world. Whenever the difference is not noticeable in a Christian’s life, he should pause to examine his life and change his conduct. Because of enmity, criticism, and persecution of an unfriendly world, the experience of a normal Christian is a life of suffering, yet a life of rejoicing in Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ.

When the Grace of God finds a sinner it finds him or her, “having no hope, and without God in the world” Ephesians 2:12. It finds them walking “according to the course of this world, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind” Ephesians 2:2-3. It is needless to say that anyone who is walking according to the course of this world is walking contrary to the will of God; but the sinner can walk in no other way. How sad and pitiable the sight, however, when the saint, The Child of God, is seen walking according to the course of this world. Many of the saints of God in this age are so worldly that you would never classify them as saints on account of their walk. Think about how that grieves Him who gave us ALL things!

Concerning His disciples, the Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` said, “They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world” John 17:14. But, He also said, “These are in the world”. The sinner is in the world and of the world; while the Child of God is in the world, but not of the world.

“Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul!” 1 Peter 2:11. The Children of God are considered by God as strangers and pilgrims on Earth, but, whose citizenship is in Heaven, sojourning in a land where their King, Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` has been rejected, and where He is still despised as no other one in all this world is. It was Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ, who said, “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you” John 15:18. The task of the Child of God, then, is to walk with Heavenly behavior in a world where the conditions and circumstances are unfavorable and the environment anything but conducive to such behavior; to walk among people who are rebels against God and His Heavenly Laws.

The Children of God are instructed to walk as becomes saints in the midst of fornication, and all uncleanness, and covetousness, filthiness, foolish talking and jesting. Ephesians 5:2-3. The Lord Jesus Christ, Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` prayed for His disciples, “I pray not that thou shouldst take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil” John 17:15. The Lord does NOT want his disciple to be a recluse in a monastery, but wants him right in the midst of this wicked and ungodly world to touch the world and YET not to he touched BY the world. Get it?? Good!

The Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` wants His Children to keep themselves “unspotted from the world” James 1:27. “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God. Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is an enemy of God.” James 4:4. How difficult it is for some of God’s Children to give up the world; BUT if a Child of God loves the Lord Jesus Christ, Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, in sincerity and in truth and will be faithful in his testimony, he will not only give up the world, but the sinners of the world will give him up, when those sinners find that they cannot bring him to the place or compromise. Contact without contamination; association without fellowship, is the relation of the saint to the sinner. “For then must he need go out of the world” 1 Corinthians 5:10.

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” 1 John 2:15. Now you all know full well that this command is not to the sinner; for he can love nothing but the world and its sin. He may grow tired of it at times and yearn for something that will satisfy the longings of the soul, but he is in the world and of the world, walking according to the course of the world. This command is to one who has been delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Body of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ. How sad the experience of Demas which has been repeated by many a Christian, “For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica” 2 Timothy 4:10. This companion of Paul did the very thing Christians are told not to do: “Love not the world”

Now, there are three Greek words translated into the English word, “World,”—one is the inhabited earth; one is the created world, and the other is this age. Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ, died to deliver us from this present evil age. Galatians 1:4. Satan is the god of this age. 2 Cor. 4:4. And, remember, Demas did not decide to go to Thessalonica on the impulse of the moment. His decline was gradual. As a general rule The Children of God, today, are not plunged out into the world with its lust and pride in one shot. First comes the neglect of the Bible, then the neglect of prayer, and then the lack of testimony; and of course staying away from the house of worship, and the regular fellowship with UNbelievers; after that, one questionable amusement and then another. How many thousands of worldly Children of God there are in our great wicked cities who were once faithful Children of God back in the home town or city or out in the country church. They have been swept out into the current of the world, and find it hard to shake off its strong grip and give up the pleasures of sins. They are sad, poor, and miserable. How beautiful and attractive the prince of this world tries to make this ungodly age for God’s Children. But the Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The Lord Jesus Christ is so much more attractive, when we know Him intimately and love Him sincerely.

The Body of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ, is the light of the world. The The Body of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` in the world is God’s program; but the world in the Body of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`,  is Satan’s plan. It is all right for the ship to be in the water; it is all wrong for the water to be in the ship. The Assembly of The Body of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, that lowers its standards to meet the demands of the world will lose its spiritual power and blessing. Unconquered pride leads many Children of God to court favor and position in this world.

“Be not conformed to this world” Romans 12:2. The Apostle Paul said, “I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10. The desire to be popular with the world is a great temptation. Many Children of God, especially young people, want to avoid all appearances that would cause them to be considered peculiar. Let us always remember that Christians are traveling to heaven, while sinners are traveling in the opposite direction, toward the sorrows of the second death; that the Cross of The LORD Jesus Christ, Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, stands between the Child of God and the sinner. The greatest of all members of The Body of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` said:

“God forbid that I should glory save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” Galatians 6:14.

This has always been one of my favorite Scripture verses. If it took the death of the LORD of Glory, such suffering of such a Saviour, to separate us from the world, certainly we should stay separated unto Him. He said to His disciples: “In the world ye shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer. I have overcome the world.” John 16:33. “As He is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17.

This is what makes the “Worldly Child of God” such a Paradox.

“This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4. “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affections on things above, not on things on the earth.” Colossians 3:1-2.

God hath shined in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of The LORD Jesus Christ, Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, and He wants us to be “blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom we shine as lights in the world.” 2 Cor. 4:6; and Philippians 2:15. No worldly Child of God can be a shining light; but is invariably a stumbling‑block. “And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died.” 1 Corinthians 8:11. “Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.” Romans 14:17. Surely, we do not want some poor sinner to stumble over our inconsistent lives, when we should be doing our JOBS as Ambassadors for Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa` in the Ministry of Reconciliation. 2 Cor.5:18

It is a good thing to ask ourselves this question: “Can others see Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ, in ME?”; for God says, “Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men.” 2 Cor. 3:2. Mr. Moody once said, “that so far as most sinners are concerned, the Christian is their Bible, and in many cases we need a revised edition”. “They may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation” 1 Peter 2:12. “Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time” Colossians 4:5. Sinners are closely watching the steps of those who name the name of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ. Now, while the sinner should get his eyes off man and on to Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, yet the Child of God is The LORD Jesus Christ’s representative on earth, and should always be to the sinner an example and proof of the Power of Gospel over sin.

Because of his great sin, King David received these words from God: “Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die” 2 Samuel 12:14. The sinful deeds of a Child of God will always cause the enemies of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ, to blaspheme. Is that what you want??

When a Christian is caught in a shady transaction, cutting the corners in business, or gossiping, slandering, or absorbed in the lust and covetousness of this world, or in any other way compromising with this evil age, he is injuring the work of Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, and often standing in the way of the salvation of some poor lost sinner to be Reconciled. You have heard the story of the blind man carrying the lantern. Someone asked him if the light kept him from running into others. He said, “No, I carry the light to keep others from running into me these dark nights.” Every Child of God should carry such a bright light that sinners would not stumble over them in these dark days.

The Almighty God, Yâ-hwéh Yâhuwshúa`, The LORD Jesus Christ, desires, “that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” 1 Peter 2:9. That you, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof; but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.” 1 John 2:15-17.

So There You Have It!!!

Consider: The "New World Order" that we are hearing about everywhere today is a DECOY. With info SO READILY, and EASILY available about this "New World Order", and as more people "wake up" and start seeking the truth behind the shenanigans we are seeing played out on the world stage, Satan has set up this decoy "New World Order" as what they are to wake up to. As a matter of fact, the lunatic Satanic, Luciferian elitists LOVE it when the news of a "New World Order" is spread all over the place because they created the paradigm.

The Bible, The Holy Scriptures, speak of the One World Government (Beast out of the Sea, Revelation 13:1) and the Antichrist as being WANTED by the world, Revelation 13:4, John 5:43. However, wherever we look people are opposing this NWO...in major ways.  Very possibly, we could soon see Satan managing, through Almighty God's allowance, to mimic some of the events of the Great Tribulation, Daniel's 70th Week. A major war, then a peace Treaty with Israel brokered by a "patsy" antichrist (maybe this Maitreya character. Remember we are told in 1 John 2:18-19, there will come many antichrists), then World Peace...and then the Truce is broken, catastrophe follows and as it really appears that the world is heading toward Armageddon...the REAL Antichrist comes on the scene...destroys the "patsy" antichrist and the decoy "New World Order"...and is heralded by the WORLD as the True Christ who is to return. False-Flag diversions like this are common in covert planning.

Now...Of course...before the REAL Antichrist is given the command from The Throne, by God, to go forth, Revelation 6:2, the Body of Christ is removed. Take THAT to the Bank! How LONG before...well...that's another topic. But just think about how many will be completely disillusioned by a chain of events like this. And it is perfectly reasonable to suspect that Satan would do this, and then how willing the world will want the REAL Antichrist, when all is said and done.

So, by now, you may be asking, what is the REAL End Game of the Satanic, Luciferian, Illuminist, and Lunatic Elitists quest for a “New World Order”?

The whole purpose and mission of the Satanic realm is to rebuild the Antediluvian world. To get back what was lost, as a result of God’s Judgment on them for their attempt to corrupt the Messianic line, in The Flood. This, Antediluvian world is today known by New Agers, Satanists, Illuminists, Freemasons, and the like, as ATLANTIS. And they call America, the NEW Atlantis.

These Elitist Lunatic Satanists and, for that matter, all of the Satanic realm want all of humanity to be ultimately, completely, and totally corrupted by the fallen angel’s offspring...AGAIN! Genesis 6:2. And thereby creating and setting the stage for the rise, once again, of the Nephilim, the offspring of fallen angels and women, giving birth for them NOW, as it was then in the Antediluvian world, the very same "mighty men which were of old, men of renown." Genesis 6:4. There is strong indication that the Ten Kings of The Beast will be these Nephilim beings. Revelation 17:12. Each one of these “Kings” will be the Leader of one of the Final Empire’s 10 Super-Nations or Unions. This is, what we believe to be, the ultimate goal for the Satanic Lunatics behind the New World Order.

Now, just as in Genesis 6:5 "And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually" and then again in Genesis 6:11-12 "The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth" So it will be again, when the Nephilim are in charge. THEN, at that time, on Earth, there will be found NO FAITH IN GOD!

So let's read now as The LORDs words will ring true (as always):

Matt. 24:36-39 " But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be"

Then in Daniel 2:43, in describing the Final Empire from Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream, he writes:

“And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay” (In order for the “They” to mingle themselves with the “seed of men”, the “They” have to be something OTHER than the “seed of men”!

And then also…

Luke 18:7-8 "And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find the Faith on the earth?"

The answer to that is NO! By the time of the LORD's return "To the Earth", (not descending into the air for the Harpazo, the Rapture, of the Body of Christ), all of what is left, except for the Children of Israel, will have been corrupted by these Nephilim.

Satan, will have believed by that point, that he corrupted the Earth so badly, much worse than at the time of the Flood , that God will want to have nothing to do with the Earth, and Satan will have won. This is the End Game of the Satanic Realm and the New World Order!

He will be SORELY Disappointed!

Some Food for Thought:

The time between Enoch's Harpazo/Rapture and the start, the first day, of the Flood is 531 years According to The Bible in the Book of Genesis. Could that be an indication of the time between the Rapture and the Return of the LORD to the Earth? There is NO WHERE in scripture that says that the Great Tribulation, Daniel’s Prophesied 70^th Week, begins immediately following the Rapture.

I also believe that the knowledge of the timing of the Harpazo, The Rapture, of the Body of Christ, has on it a Spiritual Padlock of sorts. This is NOT, so much, to keep us from knowing the time of our “Blessed Hope”, Titus 2:13, as it is to keep Satan from being able to plan for it. So there should be no surprise then that there is much talk in the New Age community of “The Cleansing”.  Instead of teaching that the Body of Christ will be Raptured prior to the start of The Day of The LORD, as many Christians believe, New Agers believe in a reverse rapture of sorts.

New Ager’s, channeling their “masters” (demons), call it the "cleansing," and New Age literature describes it as a time when all the “wicked” people of the world – including Christians and others who don’t go along with the coming New Age occultism – will be removed to another dimension and be destroyed. "Prepare yourselves," wrote New Ager Aleuti Francesca, "for the day now closely approaches and those who are not so prepared must vanish from the face of this your Earth…. Those who align themselves with the things of the Old must surely be destroyed with that age of decay and darkness."

 
The "cleansing" teaching is an obvious tactic of Satan who will want an excuse for The Rapture of The Body of Christ after the event takes place, in order to quell enormous and out of control public hysteria. The LORD God wants Satan to be completely fooled by the event of the Harpazo, The Rapture, just like he was fooled by the unfolding and revealing, to the Apostle Paul (and NOT the 12), of The Mystery, The Body of Christ, after Our LORD’s Resurrection and ascension.

"But we speak the wisdom of God in a Mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory, Which NONE of the Principalities of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory” 1 Corinthians 2:7-8, and then, "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it" Colossians 2:15

Ok…Back to Some Food for Thought on the Rapture…

Once again, the time between Enoch's Harpazo/Rapture and the start, the first day, of the Flood is 531 years According to The Bible in the Book of Genesis. So, could that be an indication of the time between the Rapture and the Return of the LORD to the Earth. And again, there is NO WHERE in scripture that says that the Great Tribulation begins immediately following the Harpazo, the Rapture.

So let's see. The Average lifespan for the Antediluvian person was 929 years, also according to The Bible in the Book of Genesis, (That's Adam to Noah, not including Abel or Enoch). Then, according to the Psalms (Psalm 90:10), man's lifespan now, is three score and ten years (70 years.)

Since we know the length of time between Enoch's Rapture and the First Day of The Flood Judgment (531 years), and we know the average Antediluvian lifespan, and we also know what the Bible says is the lifespan of man today, we can use a little of that algebra from school, we thought we didn't need to learn, to find out what would likely be the comparative span of time between the Harpazo, The Rapture of the Body of Christ, and the Day that the LORD returns to the Earth for the Final Conflict.

So here we go...

929 / 531 = 70 / X

531 x 70 = 37,170 / 929 = 40 years

Therefore, there very well could be a span of time of 40 years from the Rapture to the physical appearance of The LORD returning in Glory to the Earth. 33 years (The amount of time of the LORD's Incarnation) + 7 years (Daniel's 70th week) = 40 years.

Not that it matters to the Child of God as a member of the Body of Christ, as we will be home, in Heaven, with The LORD. The Body finally united with it’s Head in Glory, Forever.

So There You Have It!!

Because of The Lion and Lamb Ministry’s support of God’s covenant and promises to Israel, many folks think that we care nothing about the Palestinian Arabs. Not true!! God’s love reaches all people, and the Savior, who was born in Bethlehem, came with “good news” for ALL people!

Just for the record, over one million Arabs are full citizens of the modern State of Israel. There are Arabs who are members of the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament. Before the Intifada started in the fall of 2000 AD, thousands of Arabs also crossed the borders of Israel to go to work - jobs were available to many Arabs. Medical attention was also readily available.

Another interesting fact is that over half of the Arabs in the Middle East are “Christians” at least by way of profession and background. The Arabs are descendants of the 12 sons of Ishmael, and they received a blessing from the LORD GOD of Israel. The mother of the Arabs was an Egyptian by the name of Hagar. Abraham is the father of the Arabs as surely as he is the father of the children of Israel. The Bible teaches in Romans 4 that Abraham is the father of “all who believe” - whether they are Jewish or Gentile.

There are now over 100 Jewish Messianic Congregations in Israel. Some of them are led by Arabs who serve as “shepherds” to both Jews and Arabs.

The late Yassir Arafat was an Egyptian. From a technical and historical standpoint, Egyptians come from Ham’s son “Mizraim (the Hebrew word for Egypt)” and are not Arab descendants in a technical sense. However, it was an Egyptian woman who gave birth to Ishmael who fathered the 12 sons who produced the descendants we call “Arabs” today.

Mohammed was a direct descendant of the tribe of Kedar, the second son of Ishmael.

The religion of Islam was not the original religion of the Arab peoples of the Middle East, but through conquest, Islam adopted the pre-Islamic Arab culture of the Middle East as their own. The truth is that Arabs are not treated very well by Muslims. The Islamic “takeover” over the Palestinian Arabs is well known. A “Palestinian Arab” is a true Arab who lives in the land of Israel, known since the 2nd century AD as “Palestine,” a name given to it by Emperor Hadrian of Rome at the time of the Second Jewish Revolt under Bar Kochba.

From a technical and historical point of view - the following countries are NOT Arab - Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, and even Saudi Arabia. Today Islam has achieved the goal of convincing media personnel that the word “Arab” means “Islam” or “Muslim” and vice versa. That is not true, but nobody seems to want the truth these days! However, Arab peoples and true descendants of Ishmael live and roam about in most of the Middle Eastern countries that are Islamic in government and religion.

Bethlehem was once an Arab Christian town with 85% Christians and about 10-15% Muslim. Today, it is completely the opposite. The Muslim population of Bethlehem is now around 85% and only 15% of the people are Christians. Most of the Arab Christians have gone to Israel or other countries of the world.

There is no Palestinian language, culture, history, etc. The Palestinian State that is being proposed today is a tactic and project of Islamic terrorism, and its ultimate goal is the destruction of the State of Israel. Nothing has changed in the efforts and talk about having peace. Islam is committed to the killing of the Jewish people and it permeates all of their literature.

However, we have many friends who are “Palestinian Arabs” and they need our prayers and support. They are intimidated daily by Islamic control and domination of their lives. They are afraid to say anything, and must be careful about all they think, say, and do. It is a very tense situation.

We don’t hate Arabs - we love the Arab peoples of the Middle East and pray for their safety and their salvation. Thanks for reading.

So There You Have It!

Many times we are asked about forgiveness. The world is filled with hurt, abuse, attack, unkind speech toward various ethnic groups, bad jokes, slander, unjust criticism, etc. It continues every day and most of us have to watch it when we are simply trying to get the news. It appears that our society has become very hostile - angry at times when we have no justifiable reason to be upset.

But, the real difficulty lies in the area of forgiveness. How do we forgive what others have said about us that was hurtful, disrespectful, and even slanderous? Please remember that the “accuser” of the believers is Satan himself. We often tear down the lives and reputations of others in order to make ourselves look good. We like to think that we are not as bad as some, and better than most. But, Jeremiah 17:9 speaks of how “deceitful” we are, and that we really do not know ourselves as God knows us, much less know anything about the motives of others (read I Corinthians 4:5).

The SOURCE of forgiveness is, of course, God Himself. In describing His “Name” to Moses in Exodus 34:6-7 He mentions that it is His nature to forgive. Numbers 14:18 declares the same things about our Lord. Psalm 86:5 says that He is “ready to forgive” and “abundant in pardon.” The STANDARD of forgiveness for all of us who love the Lord and have committed our lives and future to Him is the forgiveness which we receive from Him. Ephesians 4:32 speaks of how He has forgiven us - that’s the standard for forgiving others. The word “forgive” in Ephesians 4:32 is the Greek word for “grace.” Grace gives us what we do not deserve. Colossians 3:13 tells us to forgive as our Lord has forgiven us.

The STUMBLINGBLOCKS to forgiveness include the matter of repeated offences. Peter brought that up to Yeshua (Jesus) in Matthew 18:21-22 and learned quickly that no matter how often a brother sins against you, we are to forgive. What was done or said may be hurtful and hard to forgive, but an unforgiving spirit can become a “curse” upon the victim of what happened. In addition to the problem of repeated offences, the matter of insincere apologies can also be difficult for us to handle. Luke 17:3-4 states simply that no matter how much we might question a person who apologies for what they have said or done, we are still to forgive them and leave it in the hands of the Lord. Along with this “stumbling block” we are often faced with what we believe is insincere repentance on the part of someone who offended us or sinned against us. But, once again, we need to leave that with the Lord. Hebrews 12:15-17 points out the insincere repentance of Esau - he cried a great deal, but “found no place of repentance.” Repentance is not merely feeling sorry that you were caught or confronted; It is a change of mind and conduct. And, of course, there are many of us who are reluctant to forgive because we think the punishment was too lenient or too inadequate. The problem at the Church in Corinth reveals this clearly - read II Corinthians 2:6-8.

The SERIOUSNESS of forgiveness is pointed out by our Lord in Matthew 6:14-15 and Luke 11:4. If we don’t forgive others, our heavenly Father will not forgive us! Now, that is serious!

So, what are the STEPS to forgiving someone?

1. Always remember what the Lord has done for you (in the matter of forgiveness)!

2. Make sure that your attitudes and motives are right before God!

3. Realize how easy it would be for you to do the same thing!

4. Do not think of yourself as better than the person you are trying to forgive!

5. Respond immediately when you have the opportunity and say the words clearly - “No matter what you have done, I forgive you!”

6. Never try to seek revenge or to “put them in their place” or to add words of condemnation or rebuke - just forgive!

7. Be controlled by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God - not your own feelings or opinions. Romans 12:17-21 is a fitting conclusion - PLEASE READ IT!
